On March 23, 2024 organized by the Municipality of Svoga and the Ambassador of Mongolia, in the presence the representatives of the diplomatic corps, the Parliament of the Republic of Bulgaria and public figures, St. Theodore’s Day was celebrated.

Namely, St. Theodore is considered the patron saint of livestock, especially horses, and horse races are traditionally organized from there in Bulgaria on that day. Bearing in mind the importance attached to horses in Mongolia, this time the race was organized with the cooperation of the Ambassador of Mongolia and the President of the Municipality of Svoga. Considering the long-term cooperation and friendship of the Embassy of Serbia with the Municipality of Svoge and the President of the Municipality, Emil Ivanov, the event was also attended by Ambassador Ž. Jovic.
