On March 21, in Sofia, the political party „ABV“, organized a Conference "25 years since the bombing of Yugoslavia“. On that occasion, the ABV party leader, Rumen Petkov, Professor Ljubomir Halačev, journalists Velislava Dareva and Tatjana Dončeva, Bulgarian parliamentarian in 1999, (both speakers visited Serbia at the time of the bombing and personally participated in the protests in Serbia and Bulgaria, against the aggression against the FRY), as well as the former president of Bulgaria, Georgi Prvanov, and the ambassador of Serbia, Željko Jović, attended the event.

All the speakers pointed to the enormous destruction of infrastructure and a large number of civilian victims, including children, as well as the negative effects that the aforementioned aggression, without a foothold in international public law, still has today. Ambassador Jović thanked the organizers and attendees for their initiative, for the support of the majority of attendees during the period of aggression against our country, as well as for remembering and honoring all our victims, especially innocent civilians and our children.
