Under the auspices of Mariya Gabriel, Deputy prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and organized by the NGO "More Women in Politics", on February 28, in the residence of the ambassador of Morocco and the dean of diplomatic corps, an event on the topic "Women, peace and security" was held.

In the company of M. Gabriel and representatives of the public life and business community in the Republic of Bulgaria, the event was also attended by Ambassador Željko Jović.

In addition to the emphasis on the further struggle for women's rights and their greater presence in politics and in important leadership positions in the state system, students from the University of Sofia, participants in the "Ambassador for a Day" project, presented themselves to the audience.
