In the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Sofia, on February 15, 2024, a formal reception was held on the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia.

The reception was attended by representatives of almost all institutions of the Republic of Bulgaria, representatives of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, as well as presidents of numerous Bulgarian municipalities, heads of districts, directors of public companies, prominent figures from public life, as well as citizens of the Republic of Serbia who live and work in the Republic of Bulgaria. Ambassador Ž. Jović addressed the guests in an appropriate speech.

Representatives of tourist organizations from Leskovac, Babušnica, Pirot and Dimitrovgrad were also present at the reception, who presented products characteristic of their municipalities, primarily food and drinks.
