After the recent appointment of M. Gabriel to the position of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, Ambassador Jović realized a courtesy meeting with the appointee. During the meeting, ambassador conveyed to M. Gabriel the congratulations and greetings of the highest Serbian officials and wished her luck and success in her further work.

Modalities for further development and improvement of the existing cooperation were also discussed. The interlocutors agreed that there are numerous areas that, in addition to existing and planned joint projects, can contribute to the development of relations between two states and two peoples, but also to better involvement of Serbia in specific EU projects, primarily in the field of digitization and education.
