On June 17, Ambassador Z. Jović attended the 14th National Hunting Assembly dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the National Hunting and Fishing Society "Union of Hunters and Fishermen in Bulgaria", which was held in "Kabijuška Korija", near the town of Shumen.

The meeting, which was visited by about ten thousand people, was opened by the president of the Shumen municipality, Ljubomir Hristov, and the welcoming speeches were made by the ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Bulgaria, Ž. Jović, Tamaš Margescu, representative of the International Council for Hunting and Protection, Sai Griffin, representative of the Federation of European Hunting Associations, Lado Bradac, President of the Hunting Association of Slovenia, Srećko Žerjav, Vice President of the Hunting Association of Slovenia, Ivica Budur, President of the Croatian Hunting Association, Imrich Shuba, Executive President of the Hunting Association of Slovakia, Vlatko Aleksovski, President of the Republic of North Macedonia Hunting Association, Bratislav Ćirković, President of the National Hunting Organization of Serbia and Zoran Aleksić, President of the Pirot Hunting Association. Also, during the opening ceremony of the assembly, Metropolitan Joan of Varna and Veliko Preslav consecrated the flags of hunting associations.

The Parliament was also attended by numerous representatives of the state institutions of the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Vice-President of the National Assembly, Rosica Kirova. Congratulations were also sent by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rosen Želyazkov, District Chief of Shumen, Hrista Hristova, Member of the European Parliament, Iskra Mihailova, Commander of the Joint Command Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria, General Valery Colov, as and managers of state forestry organizations.
