On November 12, 2022, the slava of St. King Milutin, was marked at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Sofia. In the presence of a large number of Serbs who work and live in the Republic of Bulgaria, guests from the Serbian Orthodox Church and the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, the Slava`s cake was cut and the Slava was celebrated in an appropriate way.

On this occasion, Ambassador Ž. Jović welcomed the guests and once again pointed out the importance that the great Serbian ruler still has in the Republic of Serbia and in the Republic of Bulgaria. The ambassador expressed the hope that this important day will be celebrated in the future primarily with the aim of strengthening ties with the fraternal Orthodox people and thus contribute to the deepening and further development of overall bilateral relations between Serbia and Bulgaria.
