Today, Ambassador Jović and the Honorary Consul of Serbia in Bulgaria, Anastasia Solakov, attended the opening ceremony of the Hunting and Fishing Fair in Plovdiv.

After the official ceremony, Ambassador Jović and Mrs. Solakov, accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Stefan Burdzhev, and the Mayor of Plovdiv, Zdravko Dimitrov, visited the present exhibitors.

Also, the ambassador held a short meeting with the Deputy Minister, Burdzhev, at which it was stated that strong ties and closer cooperation of close neighbors are especially important at this moment, and that a meeting of the highest representatives of the two ministries will be initiated soon, in order to agree on concrete steps that will enhance bilateral cooperation and contribute to the well-being of both citizens and agriculture of both countries.
