Today, in the town of Sandanski, Ambassador Željko Jović visited the participants of the 15th Winter School of Diplomacy, which was organized by the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria in cooperation with the Hanns-Seidel Foundation.

Among other participants, the Winter School of Diplomacy, is also attended by Mr. Lazar Vukadinović, diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia. A special contribution to the seminar was given by the speech and attendance at several workshops, by Ambassador Ms. Marina Jovićević, Director of the Diplomatic Academy at the MFA of the Republic of Serbia. The visit of Ambassador Jovićević also had a role to establish stronger cooperation with the Diplomatic Institute of the Republic of Bulgaria, primarily with its director, Ms. Tanya Mihaylova, as well as to consider concrete ideas and proposals that will be of mutual benefit.

During the mentioned visit of Ambassador Jović, a short meeting was held, attended by Ambassador Jovićević and Director Mihaylova, as well as Mr. Slavtcho Neykov, energy expert, Director of the Bulgarian Institute for Energy Management (EMI) and the regional Director of the Hans Siedel Stiftung Foundation, Dr. Klaus Fiesinger, were the directions of potential future joint cooperation were discussed.
