On February 01, 2022, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia, Ž. Jović, attended the premiere of the second part of the series "Južni Vetar 2 - Acceleration". Serbian actors Miloš Biković and Miodrag Radonić arrived in Sofia, to together with their Bulgarian colleagues, Assen Blatechki, Mako Marinov and Ivaylo Zaharijev, on the red carpet in front of the Cinegrand cinema, officially open the  screening of the film.
Bulgarian actor Zahari Baharov could not attend the opening, due to the imposed quarantine measure, but he greeted the audience via a video address. After the film, the main actor, Miloš Biković addressed  the audience and announced the continuation of the film, and the shooting of the series.
