On January 28, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia, Ž. Jović, met with the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Chirpan, Janko Topalov. During the meeting, they discussed the possibilities of improving the cooperation of the Municipality of Chirpan with the municipalities of the Republic of Serbia, in the field of culture and economy.
On this occasion Mr. J. Topalov invited Ambassador Ž. Jović to attend the annual International Economic forum, which will be held in Chirpan this June. In addition to the economic forum, a traditional lavender fair will be organized in this city.
During the meeting, it was agreed to proceed to the twinning of the Municipality of Chirpan with one of the municipalities in the Republic of Serbia.
