The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Sofia today solemnly marked the St. Sav day. As of this year, the practice of awarding certificates of appreciation has begun, one to a Serbian citizen living and working in Bulgaria and the other to a Bulgarian citizen.
Acknowledgments will be given to individuals for their overall relationship with the Serbian Embassy in Sofia, the Republic of Serbia and the Serbian people and heritage, as well as for the example set by them in the previous year, with their mercy, love and care for the weak, sick and poor. This year the certificate of apprecication was given to Mr. Danijel Radulović, Director of the Zepter Company in Bulgaria, and Bishop Polikarp, vicar Bishop of Sofia.
On this occasion, the company Zepter handed over a donation, air purifiers, to the Center for Special Rehabilitation and Inclusion of Children with Special Needs in Elin Pelin. Due to the absence of the Director of the Center, Eli Tsvetanova, the donation was received by Father Seraphim, the abbot of the Kremikovtzi Monastery.
