During the meeting with the Mayor of Razgrad, Dencho Boyadzhiev, and the President of the Municipal Council, Stoyan Nenchev, Ambassador Jovic was informed about the key demographic, socio-economic, economic and political parameters of the Municipality of Razgrad, a multinational municipality with a large number of Bulgarian citizens of Turkish origin.

The mayor of Razgrad, the municipality which is the seat of FC Ludogorets, congratulated the ambassador on the victory of FC Red Star and emphasized the interest in further rapprochement not only in the field of sports from the two countries, but also in connecting Razgrad with some similar municipalities in Serbia. According to him, Razgrad is more oriented towards Romania and Turkey, and unlike Bulgarian municipalities from the western parts of the country, which are well connected with Serbian municipalities, Razgrad does not have such contacts and developed communication, but there is a great desire to make it happen.
