On june 17th, in front of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, during the opening of the 10th Balkan Wine Festival "The Balkans International Wine Competition and Festival 2021" (BIWCF), an award ceremony for the best wines was held. The festival was opened by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Bulgaria Mr. Hristo Bozukov, the President of the BIWCF Jury, Mr. Igor Luković and the Director of the BIWCF Ms. Galina Niforu. The award for the best organic wine was given to the Serbian winery "Plavnici" (Tamjanika Selena Orange 2020), and the award for the best orange wine was given to the Serbian winery "Vinarium" (Pinoranz 2019). The event was attended by Ambasassador Mr. Željko Jović.
