At the invitation of the organizers of the mountain race "Sky Trail Stara Planina", on June 5, 2021. Ambassador Ž. Jović and the Bulgarian ambassador to Serbia, Petko Doykov, presented awards and medals to the best runners of the mountain race (which was held on the routes of 13, 34 and 64 km).
The event was also attended by the Consul General of Bulgaria in Nis, Dimitar Canev. Ambassador Jović, who also participated in the 13 km race, thanked the organizers and participants of the race, especially emphasizing the fact that this is a prestigious international race, in which about 500 runners from 14 countries participate, and that it is realized on Stara Planina. , which in this sports way best connects Serbia and Bulgaria and Serbian and Bulgarian athletes.
