Today, Ambassador Željko Jović received the visit of the new Ambassador of the Republic of India, Sanjay Rana. During a very warm meeting, during which both ambassadors presented the problems and successes that the two countries have faced since the beginning of the pandemic, the traditionally good relations between the two countries, opportunities for further deepening of overall ties, and readiness for intensive cooperation between the two embassies in Bulgaria were discussed, in all future activities where the possibility arises. Ambassador Jovic also thanked India for its principled support for Serbia's territorial integrity and our position on the issue of the unilaterally declared independence of the so-called "state of Kosovo".
