On May 06, 2021. Ambassador Željko Jović attended the XV International Folklore Festival " St. George's Day festivities", at the invitation of Lilia Donkova, President of the City Municipality of Kremikovci. Also, on that occasion, the ambassador visited the monastery " Св. Георги Победоносец", where he talked to the elder of the monastery. A special topic of conversation was the possibility of a visit of a group of children from Serbia, considering that the monastery itself practices the organization of gatherings and seminars, in which primarily participate children from fraternal Orthodox countries.
The monastery actively participates in helping children with special needs, and on this occasion Ambassador Jovic agreed to visit the centers established for this purpose, with which the monastery is closely cooperating.
