On October 29, 2020, a holy liturgy and a ceremonial act of changing the laying of the relics of St. King Milutin took place in Sofia, at the St. Nedelya Church. After the holy liturgy, which was held by the Serbian and Bulgarian priests, the vicar of the Bulgarian patriarch, Bishop Polycarp, handed over the changed laying of the Holy King Milutin to Archpriest Alexander Napasalic. The layings of the Holy King Milutin will be permanently exhibited on the royal throne in the church in Babin Most. The liturgy was attended by priests from the Serbian Orthodox Church, Diocese of the town Nis, priests from Bosna and Hecegovina, respresentative of the Bosnian Embassy in Bulgaria, as well as numerous Bulgarian and Serbian citizens, and those from Republika Srpska. The liturgy was also attended by Serbian Ambassador to Bulgaria Mr. Željko Jović with the diplomatic staff from the Embassy. After the ceremony, a reception for the Serbian and Bulgarian priests was organized at the premises of the Serbian Embassy.
