On June 12, Ambassador Zeljko Jovic met with the mayor of Vidin and the municipal leadership. Among other topics, it was agreed to intensify cooperation with border municipalities on the Serbian side in the coming period, primarily with Zajecar and Negotin, and to jointly initiate activities of EU aimed at repairing road infrastructure as soon as possible, with the help of cross-border projects. and for further development of tourism, but also possible business cooperation.
