On February 13, 2020, at the premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Sofia, a reception was organized to mark the National Day of the Republic of Serbia. Ambassador Z. Jovic delivered a speech, welcoming the guests and emphasizing the good relations between the two peoples, and the importance of developing bilateral relations and cooperation in all fields. Among the guests were representatives of Bulgarian institutions, diplomatic and military corps, public circles, media, and Serbian citizens. The anthems of the two countries were sung by a church choir from Pirot.
