In Sofia, the third session of the joint Serbian-Bulgarian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation took place from 26 to 28 November 2019. In addition to the plenary sessions, bilateral meetings of representatives of the two countries were held to discuss the possibilities of improving economic cooperation. Also, organized by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the Bulgarian Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises, a business forum was held, which was attended by more than 100 Serbian and Bulgarian companies. The participants of the Business Forum in Sofia were addressed by the Co-Chair of the Intergovernmental Commission, Nenad Popovic, Minister without Portfolio, in charge of Innovation and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, and Emil Karanikolov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Bulgaria.
