The construction of the gas pipline from Bulgaria towards Serbia, within the "TurkStream" has been launched at the municipalities of Iskar, Kneza and Orahovo, on October 21, 2019. The opening Ceremony, as well as the construction sites have been visited by Minister of Mines and Energy of  Serbia Mr. A. Antic, Prime Minister of Bulgaria Mr. B. Borisov, Bulgarian Energy Minister, Mr. T. Petkov, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Mr. T. Mencer, representatives of the „Bulgartransgas“ and Turkish „Botas“ gas companies, Serbia's Ambassador to Bulgaria Mr. Z. Jovic and „Serbiagas“ CEO Mr. D.Bajatovic.
